Because There Is No Planet B - Monaco’s only racing team announces a multi-year collaboration with Ecoalf, a sustainable lifestyle brand whose mission is to create a new generation of recycled products that have the same quality and design as the best non-recycled to safeguard our natural resources for future generations. 

A New Sustainable Lifestyle

ROKiT Venturi Racing is delighted to announce a multi-year partnership with sustainable lifestyle brand, Ecoalf.

By collaborating with the world’s only Monegasque racing team, Ecoalf will become ROKiT Venturi Racing’s Official Lifestyle Partner from Formula E’s eighth season and beyond.

Just as Monaco’s only racing team advances clean mobility on the track, Ecoalf is renowned for constantly innovating to create a new generation of top-quality products made from recycled and low-impact materials, presenting a solution to the second most-polluting consumer goods industries in the world.

Fresh Sustainable Threads

From Season 8, Ecoalf’s pioneering sustainable fashion will be worn by ROKiT Venturi Racing’s personnel, with a collection made from 100% sustainable materials. The custom pieces include jackets and vests made from 100% recycled polyester, polos made with recycled cotton, footwear and backpacks made from recycled nylon and even large travel bags made with their Ocean Yarn spun from plastic collected from the bottom of the ocean through their Upcycling the Oceans project*.

These innovative and top-quality recycled fabrics not only provide a sleek look but promote a new, sustainable way of living. The button-down shirts made with recycled cotton save 403 liters of water. Each vest recycles 11.6 plastic bottles into its composition. Across the clothing, footwear, and accessories, the custom gear saved 609,602 liters of water and reduced CO2 eq emissions by 1,883 kg.

About Upcycling the Oceans*

In 2015, through the Ecoalf Foundation, Ecoalf started Upcycling the Oceans: a worldwide adventure that is helping to remove marine debris from the bottom of the oceans and give it a second life through recycling. This pioneering initiative has three objectives: to remove litter that damages marine ecosystems from our seas; giving a second life to recovered waste with a circular economy view, and raising awareness about the global issue that marine litter presents. Today they collaborate with more than 3,000 fishermen collecting over 700 tonnes of waste from the bottom of the ocean. Their mission is to unite more 10,000 fishermen across the Mediterranean by 2025 to rid the sea of plastic pollution.
